Currently you cannot change your vone number. However you can add a new vone number and put the old one to ‘Do not disturb’ mode. We are working to enable the feature of changing a current vone number.
To add a new vone number simply go to settings from top left corner of the app and tap on ‘Add a new vone number’.

If you don’t need your vone number any longer you can either continue using it for non-professional communication or keep it inactive in your app… you never know when it will come in handy again.

If a user hasn’t paid their subscription fee, their vone account will continue receiving incoming messages and calls from their business contacts. However, they won’t be able to respond to those messages, send out new ones or make outgoing audio/video calls.

If you forget your PIN code you can recover it from the login screen using your vone Recovery Password. Make sure you keep your recovery password safe.
